Teams Meeting Expiration _ what does this mean?

We have found that the dial up telephone numbers expire after 60 days, this is problematic as we setup meeting 6 months in advance to book our Distributors well ahead of time, some need to dialup due to network issues. So we have to cancel the meeting and re-create a new one closer to the meeting time, causing major calendar and administration disruptions. Teams should allow you to select an expiration period, similar to emails! Sometimes I wonder which “kids” are doing the programming here as they seems to be missing real world scenarios and use case!!’
GrahamBell This is our situation as well. The URL still works to join the meeting online but anyone who tries to dial into the audio conference line gets an error message stating “Sorry I can't find a meeting with that number, try entering your conference # again"
