Teams Meeting - Not displaying all participants
- Hi, in the new meeting experience when I believe there are 10 or more participants, regardless of how many have a video feed you will have the option to switch into large gallery view.
You also get together mode 5 or more, which I highly recommend checking out.
To have the new meeting experience you will need to ensure your teams client is upto date. Normally happens automatically. Click on your profile icon/ initials, settings, check the box for new meeting experience and restart.
A tell tale sign that you might already be using the new experience and therefore just need to choose the different options when in a meeting is if the meeting starts in a separate window.

Thanks for your reply. I’m not sure about together mode, but the Large Gallery is >10, I hear and it was not selectable. I’m not sure if Together Mode was selectable, but I tried all views based on the feedback I read online.
Fingers crossed. My next meeting is 2 days away. I’ll know more then.
For a while it worked if I got online with Teams. Then even that quit working. Finally the IT guy at my company went in, removed and reinstalled to no avail either. He finally looked at the code and remove 6-10 lines. Way beyond my skill level.
That worked on my Surface Pro, but I have to have him come back and do it on my HP laptop. URG!!!!
It DID go back to working online, however, so on the HP, I may continue with that method. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER MICROSOFT TEAMS!!!!
