    here are the general answers to your questions:

    1. Bandwidth per user:
      Your discovered bandwidth values (250 kbps minimum, 2500 kbps recommended, 4000 kbps best) are suitable for screen sharing in meetings. For high-quality video experiences, like Teams live events, a suggested bandwidth is around 10 Mbps.

    2. Video vs. PowerPoint: Sharing videos generally demands more bandwidth compared to PowerPoint presentations. PowerPoint Live in Microsoft Teams reportedly requires significantly less network bandwidth than traditional sharing.

    3. Organizer's bandwidth: If the organizer is streaming the video, their upload bandwidth should ideally be 1.5x the combined bit rate of all streamed programs.
