Teams Live Event shows black screen after joining?

I was attending a live session on Microsoft teams, when i clicked on join session both with signin and anomalously. It showed a black screen with nothing on it in my Laptop I tried joining multiple times. But it showed encoded video error on one of my phone and on other it worked. Is there any issue with my laptop or it was a sever issue.

My laptop is of dell with i7 7700HQ i was running on the cellular network using the hotspot.
