Teams Live Event for guest users
Ccadenas2020 Hello Carolina, have you verified all the prerequisites as well as the settings and descriptions for the live event policy?

Users can create live events that people in your organization, including https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/add-guests added to your organization, can attend.
