Teams issue in andriod phone

Hello

User is using teams in laptop and andriod mobile.

 

When he receives call to teams , some times it ring only on laptop and does not ring in mobile.

 

Is there any logs to identify what is going on  with teams in mobile ?

 

Is there a way to identify  wheter it is phone settings issue or network issue or teams issue ?

 

I don´t see any way to collect logs from mobile
