Teams is not fully recording video/ partial teams recording available.

I record my teams meetings as I'm giving virtual classes. Recently I went back to watch a video and found it only recorded 9 minutes out of a 38 minute class. I went further back and found the same issue. All my videos show a fully recording however the screen goes black after the first 9 minutes. 

I have downloaded the video to watch on VLC and this happens. I uploaded to onedrive to watch the video there and still it happens, I have also uploaded on stream and the issue persists. 

I do not have the option in my teams to stream from 'stream'. I can only download.
