Teams IP phone Simultaneous sign-in

Hello All,

 

I have two Yealink T46S phones. I need to sign-in into two phones simultaneously. One from work and one from office.

Now, Whenever I log-in into device, it log me out on the other device. Is this an expected behavior?

    Hello,

    Ideally no. If you are signed into more than 8 devices at a same time only then it would sign-out from the device. Can you create a new test user and see if you are seeing the issue with that user too? If that is the case then we might have the reach to Yealink Team for additional information on the firmware.
