Teams Hanging/Freezing
My issues were solved when I updated my modem. Seems modems become outdated quickly and older ones don't handle uploads as gracefully. A year ago, I purchased a current model modem and my "freezing" in Teams was eliminated. Might be a solution to try.

Is it only dedicated to a modem or could it be as well the Firewall, like a CISCO ASA 5506?

I'm an at-home user. I simply replaced my modem with a newer model and have experienced no new freezing. I've been told that older modems were not designed for the two way transactions that Teams uses, especially since the pandemic began. I hope this helps. Newer technology solved my issues...amazingly!

I am experiencing this issue daily within a large corporate network.
The screen updating stops for the most part. However, clicking on a filter drop down does list options to filter but when you apply it nothing on the screen changes. Interestingly, if I close the spreadsheet and re-open it then the filters did get applied.
Also, when it does happen it tends to affect all my spreadsheets that are open and I have to close them all.
Excel CPU shows about 40 to 50% when this happens.
