Teams Hanging/Freezing
I have had a case with MS about this. But they won´t escalate it so I have had three different 1-line supporters giving me advice that I can google. Not their fault, but very frustrating.
The last answer I go was "
As you have stated in your mail, the tests shows that Teams works fine with screen sharing. Only when the users run powerful programs like Rhino when sharing screen, that the screen freezes.
This simply means the cause of the screen freeze is as a result of the amount of processing power expended during the screen share. And this is caused by the powerful programs ran by the users.
I advice a work around whereby, the affected users take screenshots of their work on the programs they want to share before the meeting. So as to avoid screen freezes when sharing screen and also be able to present the screenshots of their work from the heavy programs."
Working with Revit and other heavy programs is fine in programs like Lifesize and Zoom, and often it is a work-meeting with the customer, so a screenshot is out of the question. I have closed the case with MS.

I finally got a confirmation that this is a Team issue, not a user or computer issue.
"Please be aware that the Engineering Team is well apprised of this issue and they are improving on it."
So now its jsut , wait and see, maybe we can use Teams in the future
