Teams Free and Scheduled Meetings
Hello hive. I'm testing Teams using the free for small business and I notice that I can schedule meetings but I cannot seem to find a 'future meetings' list to allow me to start a scheduled meeting. If I use the guest link - I'm not able to log in either as the host to start the meeting so we all sit in the waiting room ... waiting.
Any suggestions? Also is there any Teams training/certification that we could look into?
Thanks!
- Hi,
First off for training I would look to learning.microsoft.com and aka.ms/teamsacademy
However the problem you will find is that there is unlikely to be any Free version of Teams specific training, other than documentation highlighting the trimmed down feature set and limitations as per https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/differences-between-microsoft-teams-and-microsoft-teams-free-0b69cf39-eb52-49af-b255-60d46fdf8a9c#:~:text=Differences%20between%20Microsoft%20Teams%20and%20Microsoft%20Teams%20free,%20%20%20%2012%20more%20rows%20
Now for a list of meetings this would normally be found via the Calendar option on the left. There are also meeting session options that would allow you to set lobby options.

I am interested to know though are you setting up these meetings as part of a channel of a Team and all participants are members of the Team. Or is this just a scheduled meeting with specified participants.
Thanks
Henry
