- Surely a bug. I could reproduce the exact same issue with a new personal account. You should report it to the official Microsoft support.
TSBenz any update on this? Is this working as expected now for 2 way communication where an internal user initiates the conversation?
apoppas Apologies for the delayed response. I worked directly with MS Support over several weeks. The tech was absolutely fantastic and responsive but, to be completely candid, I (unfortunately) ended up giving up because it ended up spinning in circles.
Ultimately, the tech stated the Engineers concluded it's working as expected. It clearly isn't but, again, after spending time over the course of a few weeks, I didn't have the time to continue fighting it.
