Teams external call chats

Hi there, we use Teams external calling to allow people to dial in to a call queue from their normal phone number.

One of our people who receives these calls will have a chat automatically created from the number that called. This isn't happening with everyone else on the team, just one person. We don't want it to create a chat as their Chat list becomes filled with these unnecessary text chats from every call.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

We are using Windows with the Teams client 1.5.00.5967
