Teams Emergency locations, and prompting user entry

With the world still hoping back and forth between go to work, work from home, Team's emergency calling comes up over and over.  In Skype for Business, if you were at a location that was not known, Skype would prompt you to enter the location and verify that you had entered it correctly.  I have not seen this behavior in Teams. Am I right in assuming it's not there? Emergency calling policies just seem to toggle on or off emergency calling entirely, ie if you don't get an emergency policy you don't get to call emergency numbers.
