Teams disconnects Jabber call when starting/ending a screen share session
As stated in the title, we use Teams for IM, meetings and screen sharing, and Jabber for VoIP calls. My call center staff has mentioned that when they end a screen sharing session through teams, the jabber call that they are on disconnects. I have tested this with one of the affected users and was able to consistently repeat it. I also noted one instance where the Jabber call disconnected upon initiating the screen share session.
Has anyone else encountered issues like this with teams?

I would suggest reviewing and checking the softphone integration settings of the headset. I guess, the "end screen sharing" action from the Microsoft Teams client triggers the headset to end all running calls.
So, depending on the headset vendor, install the local management software for it, update the firmware of the headset and disable all softphone integration except for Jabber client.
