Teams dictionary/spell check not working properly

The new Microsoft Teams does not recognize "teh" as a misspelled version of "the" on my computer) it is unique to me and does not affect everyone - so I think it must be something in my custom settings.  I have not been able to find any way to correct this.  I updated all dictionaries in the classic teams/outlook/word to make sure "teh" did not appear there, yet have found no way to purge "teh" from the new Teams dictionary (wherever that resides)
