Teams Dialing Timeout before Calling
Just migrated our phone system from Cisco over to Teams and replaced our Cisco phones with Poly CCX500 handsets. The issue we're having is that when you're dialling a phone number into the CCX500...
This is not the expected behavior. A normalized number will timeout after about 3 seconds and then dial either off hook or speakerphone. Non-normalized numbers will NOT do anything. Check your normalization rules.
