Teams common phones limit dialing
I work in a college environment with emergency phones in the halls. We are converting to Teams phones and want to configure these phones to either only dial 911 or a limited set of numbers. We don't want students to just call anybody from these phones which are basically not monitored.

- You haven't mentioned if this is Direct Routing. Assuming it is, you need to create a Voice Routing policy for this purpose, then define a restricted PSTN Usage to specify the exact digit patterns you want to allow. Thanks for your reply. We are not using direct routing. I am attempting to set up dial plans that will forward all 7 or 10 digit calls to our operator or security.
