You haven't mentioned if this is Direct Routing. Assuming it is, you need to create a Voice Routing policy for this purpose, then define a restricted PSTN Usage to specify the exact digit patterns you want to allow. Thanks for your reply. We are not using direct routing. I am attempting to set up dial plans that will forward all 7 or 10 digit calls to our operator or security.
