Teams Channel Alerts

Hey everyone, 

Quick question - as our WFH activity has increased dramatically over the last 2 weeks, our dependency on Teams has increased as well.

As a result, we created a new team for my IT Operations group to help manage support.  A few members of the team are not able to get any alerts within this channel.  Even if they are @ directly.  Other teams and other channels work fine.  

It sounds crazy I know.  I've verified settings on these users - the settings match mine.  What else should I be looking at so these members can stay in the loop with the rest of the folks?
