Hi,
This happens specifically if there is some kind of a similar process running on the desktop which could be causing the issue with Microsoft Teams. Hence the calls is getting disconnected.
In my users case the anti-virus used to run a process after every 30minutes which was causing the issue with Teams Client. It could also be a Third Party App conflicting with Teams.
