Teams calls freezing

I have the most up to date Teams, and the most up to date Windows 10 but over the last week, all my video calls seems to suddenly start freezing randomly throughout the call. My internet is fine. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Teams and nothing seems to be helping. It's incredibly frustrating.
