Teams calendar synchronization with google calendar
Hi Angela_LEAD_Innovation , @Christopher Hoard
We are facing a similar problem. We started using Microsoft Teams and our email domain is hosted in Gmail. When scheduling a meeting, the invite to external invitees not on our domain receive the invitation emails. Internal invitations are sent out, but land up in Web Outlook. They are not sent to the email addresses in Gmail. I test sending an email from Web Outlook to my work email address hosted in Gmail, it ends up again in Web Outlook and not on Gmail. What do we need to do that those emails are routed correctly?
thomaslaasch We are facing the same issue. Were you able to figure it out?

edcusa Unfortunately not. I know it has something to do with mail settings within Office. I am only the Teams Administrator and do not have access to that. I am hoping for a detailed answer soon.

thomaslaasch were you able to resolve? We are now in this boat. Our invitations from Teams go to Web Outlook, which we didn't know we had and do not want to use. Any workaround or through outlook to G Suite/Gmail?

Hi bddoss22,
We haven't. I am in contact with Microsoft for about two months now without a resolution. What I did in the meantime is create an export link (.ics I think) on Web Outlook and added it to my Google calendar and Outlook app. At least I am able to see the Teams calendar in Google Calendar/Outlook app.
