Teams Asking for Code / PIN
Hi,
I have two internal Teams users within an organisation that I support, and they are sometimes being prompted for a Code / PIN when trying to access a Teams meeting. However other participants are not being asked for this.
I am just wondering if anyone here has come across this before or there is an option that can be set when a user creates a a Teams calendar entry to ask for a code?
Thanks 😊

Elbowwizard When you dial in to a meeting using a phone (not Teams client) you have to enter a pin code to enter the meeting as organizer, but if someone else from your organisation already started the meeting you don't have to do this.

If you are using a meeting room device that is not a MTR or Collaboration bar, you will probably use a Cloud Video Interop gateway to connect to the meeting, then you might have to enter the conference id to enter the meeting, if the device doesn't support one-button-join.
- Hi! How are they connecting to the meeting? Are they using a meeting room device or dial in?
