Teams Apps (MS apps) use First Name instead of Display Name

Same issue here. Outlook and Teams use the correct display name, but some apps like MS Forms use the first name, which exposes the user's deadname. MS needs to take this seriously as it is not just a matter of preference but exposes people to real risks of discrimination and damages the employees psychological safety.
