Teams and breakout rooms
I created several br rooms, i added users to these rooms. When opening the rooms, i see their names.
The problem i encountered is that many users doint see their BR rooms and i cant send them easy to that room.
I need to unassiggn them first and assign them again, that takes too much time.
Anyone who knows a sollution for this?

- What happens? Don’t they transfer to the rooms when you open them?
- Indeed. They dont transfer and they dont see a breakout room
- For the record there's something going on with "presenters" and Teams meetings now. Not sure what but the experience is very inconsistent. I have raised it with the PG but I recommend that you open an official support ticket as well, so these issues gets registered. If you're not an admin that person can create a ticket from the M365 admin center.
