Indeed. They dont transfer and they dont see a breakout room
For the record there's something going on with "presenters" and Teams meetings now. Not sure what but the experience is very inconsistent. I have raised it with the PG but I recommend that you open an official support ticket as well, so these issues gets registered. If you're not an admin that person can create a ticket from the M365 admin center.
