Teams already configurated

I jsut downlaoded Microsoft Teams and tried to configure it.

But, putting in my e-mail (the same used for Office account), it replies «Teams has been already configurated» but i cannot log in (no e-mail with code, no MS Autheticator login).

What can I do?

    have you tried restarting your computer and / or reinstalling teams again?

    Also under windows settings -> Accounts -> Access work or school | could be a microsoft account linked. Try to disconnect that account and restart teams.
