Teams Admin console Meeting Timeline shows users joined by phone rather than video
Issue: No details are provided for multiple users and showing they only joined by phone. All users joined via their Teams desktop application with video on. Why is the meeting lacking detail/reportin...

JustinHogue It's rare, but if the clients lost network connectivity at the end of the call then they can't report quality for the call, it's not going to be reliable. Try drilling down into the debug tab to see the actual call records collected for that call to see if there are further clues.
Also the helpdesk report in the call quality dashboard is another way to view the call records for a call.
