Can you confirm from the link if your MAC Book has the minimum build required for Microsoft Teams. Here is the Link where you can check the same

I do have a quite similar behaviour. We do have Exchange and Skype for Business on prem with O356 licenses and we are using more and more Teams. The outlook for windows 10 does have the Teams add-in to organise some Teams meetings, but the outlook for Mac is missing this add-in.
I tried your workaround with the profile, but it didn't work for me.

Are there any news about this?
