Teams / On-Premise Exchange calendar delegation, integration and OAuth installation issue.

We've tried to setup Teams calendar delegation with our On-premise Exchange, which requires integration and OAuth between Skype for Business Online and Exchange Server ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/deploy/integrate-with-exchange-server/oauth-with-online-and-on-premises ).

However the setup fails in the UploadAuthCert.ps1 part which seems to be because it cannot find the service with ID "00000004-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000". To my understanding this is supposed to be Skype for Business Online app?

Running Get-MgServicePrincipal -ServicePrincipalId 00000004-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000 just returns:

Get-MgServicePrincipal : Resource '00000004-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present.

Anyone else with this issue?
