Team not visible on PC but on phone

Hey everybody

I am a user of the Power App Community Forum. There i earned a special rank and got added to a Teams Team. I can see the Teams tab on my phone and can access the channels. Now i logged in with the mail i use in this Team to have a better overview on my laptop. But i dont see the Teams tab on the left and therefor i can not access the Team or the channels. I was added lets say 2 weeks ago so not very recently

Has anybody a clue why this happens?
