Team Email Notifications Marked as Spam

Hi

Just noticed in the last few days some e-mail notifications from Teams 'Person X Posted a Message' are getting flagged as Spam (also triggers a  tagging mechanism). Having a little check today found that MS have messed up the SPF record for the @email.teams.microsoft.com

1. Published 2 records

2. contains invalid characters, in this case several commas

Logged with support to rectify, but posting here in case anyone else is seeing issues.

  • Hi stonefr33,

I have raised this raised this directly with the Teams PG for the correction of the SPF record

    Thanks for flagging this!

    Best, Chris

hi, does anybody have news about the duplicate spf record?

I've reported this issue last friday to the support team of O365.

      Still waiting for an answer

      • Hi pbrito,

I reported it within the Teams MVP group and it got picked up. No update as of yet this end.

        Best, Chris
