Sync issue ios

Hello everyone,

 

I am logged in with my company domain and now the contacts and mails are not syncing, there is a red error showing which should be a tick meaning that it is synced.

Tried restarting the device, not worked

Cleared cache app data force stopped it, not worked.

Check app settings, not helpful.

Cannot uninstall it as it will ask for admin credentials.

Need some urgent help.

  • From the menu bar across the top of the screen, select the Apple menu (1), then select Restart...
    Open iTunes.
    Select Account.
    Select Sign In.
    Sign into your iTunes Account using your Apple ID.
    From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account.
    Select Authorizations.
    Select Authorize This Computer.
