iOS Login error: MS Teams and Authenticator app just loops
When I start MS Teams on my mobile, it just switches to the Authenticator app and then back to Teams -> MFA -> Teams -> MFA -> Teams -> MFA.... in a infinite loop?! I’ve tried waited 5-10 min with the phone looping, but I can’t still use the MS Teams app on iOS after around 30+ jumps between the 2 apps. Anyone here with a clue?
cant pick up calls from queues or auto
Hi all, For some time now I can only pick up calls on iOS when get a direct call. When I receive calls from an auto attendant or from a call queue my mobile app rings, I can answer but immediately after disconnects and the call is going back to the group. I only have this problem with iOS and not on the desktop, I can pick up the same call with my desktop right after the disconnect. Does anyone know a fix to this? RD
OneNote tab disappeared from MS Teams on IOS
Hi all, I've an issue with MS Teams, I use to work with MS Teams for my projects and I have created a OneNote for every project. So when I create my Teams I can attache the OneNote tab to work with the tool on my computer AND my Ipad when I'm on the construction site. The problem is this one : I can't find OneNote in MS Teams anymore. I know they it should be available because I can see it in my desktop version of MS Teams (see screenshot attached) But on IOS, the OneNote Tabl is not available anymore (it was and still on old projects) an when I click on "add an app" I'm not able to find OneNote in the list. Any solution???

Teams iOS app notification issues
Hello all! I use the Teams iOS app on my phone for work, and have set quiet days/hours for when I don't want to see notifications. However, I still receive notifications during those hours/days. I've tried toggling the setting on and off, deleting/reinstalling the app, and resetting my phone, but no dice. Any ideas on how I can fix this? My phone is an iPhone 8 and I have the latest version of the Teams app installed. TIA!iOS issue uploading photos to files
Hello! We are having some issues uploading photos under the files tab in Teams. It looks like it's uploading and we get no error message but the file never appears. I get an email notification saying that there's a new file with the name ~tmpBFXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.jpg in the library but there's no file. I've tried changing the photo format to .jpeg and turned off live photos but to no avail. If you post a photo in the 'Posts' page it works fine. Anyone experienced something similar? iOS: 13.6.1 Teams: 2.0.20
Teams auf iOS ohne Apple Store
Hallo zusammen, ich habe folgendes Szenario: Vor mir liegt ein iPad auf dem Teams installiert werden soll. Beim Pad wurde administratorisch der Apple Store gesperrt. Es gibt auf der Microsoftseite (https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app#office-SmsEmail-ntsjwrn) die Möglichkeit einen direkten Link für iOS anzufordern. Ich habe jetzt mehrfach verschiedene Mailadressen eingegeben und noch immer keinen Link erhalten und so langsam werde ich echt nervös. Vielleicht kann mir ja hier jemand weiter helfen.
