Sync button on channel not working anymore

StephanGee had the same problem.... if you open the lib in Sharepoint the Sync button works there.
I will share your note with our engineers to see if this is known and anything we can do to help. Is this an isolated experience you are seeing, or also systemic to anyone you're working with at your company in preparation to broader roll out. If you have additional repo instances, that is good to know if they are the same experience or not. Helps drill into the problem.
Mark-Kashman thanks Mark, I've shared my logs which should hopefully help. I hope this was a one off, I have just asked one other user to test so far, we don't want to communicate this widely if people will have the same issue.
Worryingly, after the reset it said it made copies of some 3000 pre-existing files, although I did initially find them and think I was going to have fun deleting them all, but then it seem to delete them itself? I hope!
