surface windows laptop was stolen and failed access now locked
I have had my surface windows laptop stolen and was attempted hacking to access but failed multiple attempts. Now is locked and recovery key is required, I’ve tried the websites but they lead me nowhere.

- Bitlocker recovery keys are generally stored with your Microsoft Account, so if that happened you can look up your recovery key there by signing into your account on the Microsoft website. If this is a company device, and is managed by Endpoint Manager, the recovery key may also be stored there.
If the key is not present in either spot, you're out of luck as there is no way to recover it.
