Student Camera not showing in Teams

Hello there,

A teacher has reported that during a class she wasn't able to see one of the students on camera although other students could see them so it seems like the teacher was the only one who could not see that specific student, the teacher uses both a laptop and iPad for the lessons so they can see the students while presenting but when on gallery view on the laptop they only see the pupils initials even if the students have there cameras on.
