Status does not update (New Teams)
Hi, We've been testing the new Teams before we roll it out more widely. We have noticed that your status does not update consistently with the new Teams, as in, here is one scenario as an example ...
So I have some news. I had a call back from Microsoft support today as we had opened a ticket and also added a link here to the forum.
The agent told me that he has looked at it and he can confirm the problem and they are working on a fix for it.
I'll call him again on Monday, as I wasn't at the site at the time, to gather more information if necessary.
As a temporary solution, he could only offer me to use the classic version until the problem is solved, if it is a function that we absolutely need.
thanks so much for sharing the update you received from MS MarkusM1610!! Will also share if we receive anything substantial. I do hope MS doesn’t push through with killing Classic Teams in June 2024 without resolving this first.
