Status does not update (New Teams)
Hi, We've been testing the new Teams before we roll it out more widely. We have noticed that your status does not update consistently with the new Teams, as in, here is one scenario as an example ...
Was your co-worker using Teams-Classic or the New-Teams?
I have also noticed that the status in the app (ios for me) is often correct, also in the web app.
In problematic cases, it may be indicated as "unknown".

Was going to say - When we see the issue in Classic, it's almost always because the far side is using the new non-IoS or web client. IoS and web always seem to provide accurate presence, and they're actually how I test the differences.
DaveTheTeamsGuy interesting point about the web client seeming to be unaffected. I haven’t actually tried the web much - I might start trying that. There seem to be a few things (not just Teams) that the web client can do but the desktop app can’t. I almost feel like there is a push towards web client-is there?
