Spotlight

Please help - as a teacher of 30 year 1 children, it is so important for me to model how to complete activities. However, when we place me on spotlight, I lose a large number of my children who are left looking at my icon instead.

I have resorted to making videos prior to lesson to show the children - this is not as effective!

Please could you offer me a resolution.
