Someone has already set up Teams for your organization

Hello. I was redirected here from answers forum. Our organization is trying to switch to Microsoft Teams. We are receiving this message: "Someone has already set up Teams for your organization". We already tried all possible admin accounts without success. No one is aware what account it could be, maybe the person who created Teams account is not working anymore in our organization. How this kind of problem can be solved?
