Some Team members are having trouble joining Audio Chats

Just recently started using Teams in our organization.  We basically just turned it on.  Has anyone had any issue where some of your Team members can't seem to join an audio Chat.

It seems like there is a limit of 10 or 20 depending on the meeting?
