ChrisWebbTech - I tried your solution but same outcome. Just heard from our IT Ops guys that it looks like a Windows version thing. He said I'm on '17' and those that are on '19' are fine. Not sure what those version numbers refer to.

1703/1709 old windows 10 versions. The current ver I think is 1909 or something like that. Been awhile since I paid attention but it’s something like that. Usually a version twice a year. 2003 probably next.
