Smart Hub 500 is not able to login to teams room system
Hi There
I am facing an issue after configuring the smart hub 500 with teams and Skype room systems
The Hub 500 which we have registered to our domain.
we could login as local admin and Skype. However, when we login as “./skype”, MTR is not able to get started and the system just gives me a normal user section. We have then done a factory reset the Hub and then applied all latest patched (including LENOVO drivers / firmware) to 1903 build + MTR 4.2.4.
We then login as local admin and we are able to login to Skype for Business and teams application
However, when we switch to MTR (under local skype a/c), we were not able to sign in to Teams as it says “couldn’t login to Microsoft teams”
When we switch to “Skype only mode”, we get the following error” “we can’t connevy you because the server couldn’t be reached or the server version is incompatible with the device. Contact your support team with this information”.
What could the real issue here since on the same hub 500 when I login as admin and login to my teams or Skype desktop clients, I could login to the account however, when I login through the MTR app, it does not recognise the user or allow him to login
