We’re aware of some hiccups during the Skype to Teams migration. The sync between mobile and desktop isn’t perfect yet, and while Microsoft is working on a fix, there’s no set timeline. Some users have noticed chat replies showing above others’ messages, which can be confusing , this is a known issue that will improve soon. Teams uses animated emojis by default, and currently, there’s no option to switch them off. Lastly, the personal accounts not allowed error usually happens because Teams is mixing work and personal logins; uninstalling and reinstalling after clearing cached credentials often resolves it.
