Show more than 4 people on Teams video

How do you enable multiple view of people 3 or 4 currently what I'm gonna chat of three or four people it switches back-and-forth between each speaker it's not a split screen between all of us.

jvinciguerra2 Did anyone answer this? I have the same problem and can't find anywhere in settings to rectify it.

jvinciguerra2 Did you ever find out how to see 4 people at once on the web version? Like you I can only see who is talking each time, not the whole audience.

  Currently, the Teams website only allows for 2 people, the mobile apps (Android and Apple) for yourself and 3 others, while the desktop app allows for the 4 latest speakers and shows a thumbmark of your feed at the bottom right corner.

jvinciguerra2 I think showing up to 4 people is default if you are using the Desktop app (i.e. not the web interface). Otherwise I'm not sure as I've only ever had that multi-window mode, maybe one of the buttons along the bottom of the video window?
