Hi, Looking back through previous forum posts, it looks like there have been plans to expand the max number of windows shown in calls from 2x2 to 3x3, so you would be able to see 9 people on vide...

Mikehopkins18 Best thing to do is use the https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/17010055-show-video-for-all-people-in-video-meeting#{toggle_previous_statuses} feature request - you can vote for it (I just did that!) and then check for updates

Not sure if necessary bandwidht OR TRouter or TURN Server configuration is the reason why only 4 concurrent videos are supported.
For sure it's not a simple task...otherwise they would have solved it already right from the beginning 😉
