Sharing Tasks Between Teams
I am trying to find a way to share a task list from one team with another. Is there any way that Team1 can make and edit a task list and share it with Team2 without Team2 being able to edit it? Any i...

You should be able to do this with Microsoft Lists

This is in the Lists web client which is just now rolling out, however this will be integrated with Microsoft Teams over the course of the next month or so. I will be writing another blog on that
Basically, as documented, you can share the list with a number of users (Team 1) who have edit permissions and a number of users (Team 2) who have view permissions.
As said, we'll need to wait a little longer for it to be in Teams but you can do this with the web app today, and as Teams is simply surfacing the Lists app you should be able to do it there also
