Sharing screen doesn't refresh

When a screen is shared doesn't seem to refresh when someone is moving a window or anythign. When someone starts sharing initially looks black and then maybe refreshes and sometimes not. 

I saw this also on the Teams Web.

Started working odd since ~4/22/21. Not sure if there was an update involved or what. It's really annoying for working remote.
